At start, we Team @Omprosoft would like to thank you for enrolling in our training. We make best effort to provide a good & seamless learning experience for all our users while they learn, assess, and enroll in our training.
There are terms and conditions that govern the Cancellation & Refund Policy in case of enrolling in one of our trainings. When any student enrolls into any of our training by doing a payment, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Fees & Pricing
At Omprosoft, we are resolute to offer you the best possible prices for our Trainings, Programs and Courses offered by us.
Cancellation & Refund
- Our training are primarily non-refundable, however 80% of the fees paid for a training can be refunded, if refund is commences 15 days prior to training commencement date.
- If refund is commences by candidate in 7 days or less prior to training commencement date or hasn’t appeared for sessions, no refund will be made. As a courtesy, the candidate can attend the future training in particular program or course within one year of the cancellation date, depending upon the training & seat availability.
- Omprosoft, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of many reasons like insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or natural calamities (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.). In such cases, If any fees was collected from students will be refunded 100% without any interest.
- Refund, in any case, the minimum time taken to generate refund would range from 30 to 45 days.
- Candidates are expected to retain the receipts and other details for future references.
Payment Errors
While we try to minimize any error on our website, one off incident may happen. If in case, due to payment gateway error or any other reason, amount payment made by candidate is more than the agreed amount of fees for our Services including Programs, Courses & Content, we would refund the extra amount thus received within 30 to 45 days of intimation to us from candidate.
Resale Prohibited
Our service through our online and offline payment methods is meant only for personal use and references and not for resale. Therefore, if we believe your enrolment is not for personal use we may refuse to enroll in training or services.
Content & Material
- Content or any other material offered in our training Programs and Courses will be given, only once the full fee amount for the Program or Course is paid.
- Omprosoft holds the right to not serve candidates if he/she is found violating the company policies or found sharing the training content.
